Special Meeting, May 7, 2025

A special meeting is scheduled to provide updated information regarding the sewer rehabilitation project, specifically as it pertains to property owners along the bluff.  Contractors, project engineers and District personnel will be present to convey what owners can expect with regard to the sewer revision and grinder pump services and answer questions.

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the HPMA Clubhouse.  Homeowners or designated representatives are encouraged to attend.  For those who wish to join the meeting remotely, a link will be available on the District website at the time of the meeting.  The link will be prominently displayed on a red banner near the top of the website.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• Describe the East Bluff sewer revision project and provide updates
• Explain what to expect in the months ahead and discuss its potential impact
• Share a video demonstration of grinder pump operation
• Address questions and concerns, as related to your specific lot​
